I would like to thank Albins from the bottom of my heart for how they looked after us. From start to finish they went above and beyond to care for us throughout this difficult time. The ladies on reception were so kind and caring.  Everything was done to a high standard and done professionally. They were always so helpful especially Simon, who I dealt with on a day to day basis leading up to my mums funeral.

Simon and he's team at albins are the best !! I've never arranged a funeral before but with the help from Simon and he's receptionist Chris they helped to give my mum the most beautiful send off I've ever seen. The most important part was they listened my heartbreak and sorrow if you won't your love ones treated with the same respect and love in there afterlife as the did in life then choose albins I speak from experience x

Albins always give the personal touch. The undertakers are really sensitive to your needs, what ever they are. There uniform and cars are so smart. The florists that they kinda of team up with are the best, which is greens in Jamaica road.

There is something about Albins that is a cut above the others. They treated me with care and empathy after I lost my Mum. Their actual shop in Bermondsey is a beautiful and serene place to enter. Caroline was the member of staff that saw my Dad and me through the process. She was lovely.
They treated my Mum with absolute dignity.
The funeral itself was perfect.
Albins is the best.
