I am so happy and grateful for all the love and guidance you offered me. My dad was in the right place and in the right hands. I felt so welcomed. And Caroline was so lovely, always by the phone if i needed to talk. I was so lost when losing my dad. But Caroline helped me through it all. The whole team helped me through it all.

What can I say that many people before me have also said.Albins go above and beyond to care for your loved one.they really do care,from making the first phone call,to being dropped of in the funeral car,after the funeral.the whole process is done with the upmost care,and  Albins do it in their  own special way so that it  takes some of the pressure  of you and your loved ones.My family and friends would like to thank Jon Simon and Scott for the way they cared for and helped plan such a wonderful funeral for my brother.Xx

The support we got in planning mum's funeral was truly great. Caroline supported and gave us direction when it was needed. To be honest we were lost and in need of direction and some posititvity and this was supplied in bundles. On the day John supported us and lead us along the way to give mum a send off she would of been proud of. Thank you all so much for the funeral you delivered, we could not fault it. Many thanks

I cannot put in to words how amazing Albins are. They treated us like family and one of their own. The kindness, love and support they showed us as family as well as how well they looked after my sister while she was asleep at Albins was unbelievable. They are beyond professional, respectful and thoughtful and they couldn’t have done anything better. We wouldn’t use anyone else but Albins and would recommend them to anyone and everyone.

Everyone is always so very friendly, kind and caring, nothing is too much trouble.

We had Scott for my sister Joy's funeral 2 years ago, he was absolutely brilliant then, and still as brilliant for my dad George too x

George was also very kind and caring, he was with us on the day we said goodbye to my lovely dad x

All the ladies at the reception was also very lovely, friendly and helpful x

We will never go with no one else.
You always make sure our loved ones are well looked after, just the same way you do with us.

You all have so much compassion, care and love, which is exactly what we all want and need at such a sad time x

Dad always said he had to go with you, as he loved the way you all have so much respect for everyone.
Plus as he was always saying Fred Albins is the best, very good to work for. Everything has to be done so perfect, even down to there socks x

Also its great that you now have Elaine to do the catering, her food was absolutely amazing, everyone said how nice it was.

So a massive, massive thank you to you all xx

Scott I will be back to arrange my funeral very soon x

Albin & Sons are the epitome of funeral services! They are the best in the game. The professionalism, patience and understanding is next to none, from everyone you deal with at Albins. This great service begins from the receptionists down at the parlour, to the drivers on the day of the funeral and everyone else in between.

The service was smooth, easy and our every request was met! We are a big family with lots of different opinions, wants/needs for the day but Simon listened to everything we wanted and made sure we had exactly what we asked for. He dealt with us with such empathy and care.

Although it was a very hard day for my family and I, the team at Albins made it as beautiful as can be. Outstanding service from start to finish, so on behalf of myself and my family we would like to say a huge thank you for stunning service, we were completely satisfied.
