I could not cope without Graham at this hard time. He is the most kindest man I have met . He was so good to me and my 28 daughter and helped us so much I felt my late husband was with us. He gave us so much time and my daughter did not want to leave he never rushed us out .we are so great full to him . This man deserves award for his job . I can't thank him anoth for all his hard work and dedication he gave to me and my family. I am so great full that I went to the co op and met Graham. I will never forgot from the bottom of my heart how he treated us at this sad time. And gave my daughter time with her dad. Nothing was too much for him. Thank you we will not forget Graham.

It’s difficult to decide how to pick a funeral home when you’re in the throes of grief and if I’m honest, I chose the Co-op Funeralcare Palmers Green because its location was convenient. I was not disappointed.

I contacted Graham Powell and he could not have been more supportive, helpful and compassionate. He was patient and attentive from the funeral planning, right through to visiting our Mum whilst she was in his care. He also did a great job of matching us to the Celebrant, Al Maynard who did a fabulous job preparing for and delivering the ceremony. Graham kept me informed at every stage of the process, which took a lot of the worry away for me. I cannot thank him enough for the support he provided at a such difficult time.

In summary, the service (Al was amazing), flowers, cars, funeral director and his team, were all perfect. The day couldn’t have gone better and it was, in no small part, due to Graham's attention to detail and empathy. If you are looking for a caring, professional service, I would recommend Co-Op Funeralcare Palmers Green and Graham Powell.

Overall my grandma’s  funeral was lovely, our Funeral Director was very nice he listened to us, he did he’s best to get everything we wanted the only issue was the flowers they did not meet our expectations and mum was not happy but our Funeral Director Graham did he’s best to fix the issue.The staff were amazing they were very polite and helpful and also very respectful. Thank you

Karen the Funeral Organiser was brilliant; she was friendly, kind and incredibly helpful. Karen made a difficult time a bit easier.

On the day the Funeral Organiser was very helpful, very polite and just made everything run smoothly.

A really good service was provided so I was able to relax and not worry about anything.

I would like to thank Karen, Graham, Gary, George, and Dave for their help, advice, and personal attention to every detail that made my Dads funeral perfect. The  way you helped to plan the day and made everything so easy for me and my family is a tribute to your experience and knowledge of funeral planning. My family and I are extremely grateful for your professionalism. You helped to make a very emotional day a celebration of dad’s life. The service was not somber and sad but rather uplifting and I know dad would have liked that. I would advise anyone having to plan a funeral to use the CO-OP they really listen and offer the help and support families needs.

The arrangements were impeccable- everything went smoothly and the unrehearsed surprise appearance of Scoobie, a little grey pony preceding, the cortège up the long aisle in the church and again leading the procession back at the end of the service, just took my breath away - it was the icing on the cake!  My sister would have loved it!!!  Thanks to Graham and the team for all their kindness and courtesy.  Marjorie Piper

Graham was superb from start to finish . Fantastic attention to detail, but most of all the respect that he had for our departed relative was enormous .
The funeral directors were professional and elegant.

Palmers Green Funeralcare have been absolutely brilliant at such a hard time. Graham in particular is an absolute asset to the team - very direct and honest about processes, and has kept in contact informing me next steps.

Overall I’m very happy with the service received, albeit at a sad time.

Graham at Palmers Green is kind, compassionate and professional. We are so thankful that we found him after our experience of the Battersea Co-op funeral care who were the opposite. Graham made it possible for us get through the most devastating time possible. His kindness and compassion were key to this, as well as his ability to communicate effectively with us.
