Valentine and Turner have been amazing, so supportive. They made sure everything went as smooth as possible and that everything was personal to me and my late husband. They kept us informed every step of the way. I really couldn't have asked for more.

Valentine and Turner went so far above and beyond for the funeral for my father, they truly were amazing. Nothing was too much trouble for them and we were made to feel as though my father was at the centre of the day. They helped us liaise with Kemnal Park cemetery to ensure that the service was planned to our needs. Valentine and Turner were available at every opportunity and took into consideration a number of difficult family circumstances in their stride.

I cannot rate Valentine and Turner highly enough. To give one further explanation, my father passed away in July 2017 and just before Christmas we received in the post an engraved star with my father's name on it. Whilst I understand that this may not be a significant gesture to others, to us it meant a lot and made us feel as though my late father's was still in their thoughts as well as our. I believe it is the little things that Valentine and Turner do that make them stand out from the crowd.

The services offered by Valentine & Turner are second to none.  Their compassion, kindness and professionalism are evident in every aspect, and nothing is too much trouble.  

I can’t thank them enough for all that they did for us in handling the arrangements for our loved one; from start to finish they made a difficult time easier to bear.

Valentine & Turner were excellent throughout the whole process. Nothing was too much trouble and they ensured that everything ran smoothly on the day. Not only did they provide excellent care for our Mum and us before the funeral, they continued to care for us throughout the rest of the year. 
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Valentine & Turner to anyone. They certainly live up to their motto ‘Our family caring for your family’ and Gary is always happy to have a chat whenever I see him in the street. 
A highly professional service provided by caring professional people.

Amazing. Absolutely amazing. I honestly couldn’t of got through it if wasn’t for Gary,Wayne and their families. They dealt with dads repatriation, as well as the funeral and I have now made friends for life. Everything was done professionally yet they were so sensitive. I am so glad I chose to go with valentine and Turner they are one of the only funeral directors left that do what they do out of love and compassion, not pound signs.

This really is a "your family is our family" funeral directors. Gary & Wayne have been absolutely amazing in looking after our Mum, we was promised she would be looked after like a queen and they did not disappoint. The attention to detail was just amazing we could not highly recommend them enough. They made us feel like we where the only family that mattered even tho we knew they had other family's to look after. Thank you both and your family's for making a very hard and stressful time a little easier xxxxx
