My family’s experience with Manor Park funeral home was vey good. 
Nipla and Nikki and also Chelsea made the whole sad process very easy. 
Nikki really went the extra mile with understanding of how I wanted my mum dress. 
We as a family really appreciate all the kind support .

Our deepest thanks to Nilpa and the team, who, like last year with my Fathers funeral, looked after us and went above and beyond to ensure all the arrangements prior to, and on the day went smoothly, without hitch. The staff couldn't do enough to help us during this very sad time they were wonderful and the Co op should be very proud of their staff so very professional caring polite nothing was too much trouble for them.
Nikki rang me several times to update on what was happening and to see if I was alright just wonderful staff

I was entirely satisfied with the conduct of my partners funeral ceremonies by the director Carol McGowan
She was attentive ,patient and compassionate throughout what was a particularly difficult for me and my partners family
Her advice and support was much appreciated and she directed the actual funeral and burial efficiently

Very helpful, friendly office staff especially Nilpa who had been dealing with me in Ireland and my aunt in the UK.
The day of the funeral all went to plan and John ,a pleasant friendly guy who went above and beyond, taking care of us and my family and friends who paid there respect to my mum.
The minister and his service had been very well put together from our memories of mum.

We were very impressed by all the staff we dealt with in the organisation. The funeral party were particularly respectful and very accomodating at the crematorium. We would also express our extreme apreciation of the celebrant, Mike Pritchard, for the very sympathetic handling of the occasion. Finally we would like to mention Amber Wilson.for her very helpful guidance and support in the arrangement for the service.

Nilpa was honestly such a comfort during a busy and hard time. She took in my family and helped them from the day after my dad passed up until the day before the funeral. Everything that she’d organised on the day went as smooth as possible and a lot of attendees commenting that it was a very good send off. She is a master at her craft and a credit to Co-op. 

Craig on the day was also very good. He gave me a courtesy call the day before the funeral to go through something I had never gone through before. He guided the funeral very well and was more than well equipped for it to run as smoothly as it did. 

Very happy with both and would more than recommend their services. Thank you both for everything.

The pre-funeral experience was most efficient and informative enabling the family to make the correct choices. Everything was done with respect and sensitivity and we thank your agent Nilpa for that.
The Changes we made to the Order of Service were incorporated with out any hassle and the quality of the production was excellent.
The Funeral Director Adam and his team were also outstanding and made sure the family were at ease before, during and after the cremation ceremony. Mums effects were returned to the Family quickly and in good condition.

Sam was absolutely incredible as our celebrant, I can’t thank him enough for the consideration he showed our children, the way in which he gave space for Sophie’s wishes and personality to shine through and the thoughtfulness with which he treated us all, both before and during the funeral. 
Nilpa at the funeral home was also incredibly facilitating, making sure that everything was progressing with the plan and that we were never stressed or pressured about getting everything done 
That both Sam and Nilpa were able to bring their own personal experiences to their role really helped. 
Finally, the staff who collected us on the day and delivered us all to and from the cemetery were both professional and warm whilst treating Sophie with the utmost respect. 
Thank you all for helping to make a difficult day into something beautiful.

At a very low time in our lives when we lose a loved one, we become vulnerable to possible over sales and spending more than we need too, the CO-OP approached things from the bottom of the price scale and asking questions to work out what pricing plan best suits your needs, everything from start to finish was a breeze during a very difficult time after losing my mother. i highly recommend the CO-OP.
