Our co op coordinater Pat from East Ham was so kind and supportive from the beginning to the end of the funeral arrangements.And on the day John our funeral director made a very difficult day for us easy and stress feee with his professionalism empathy and all the crew contributed too.I would highly recommend the co op to family and friends.

Our family's experience with with Co-op Funeralcare was excellent. The only way to describe it is professionalism with heart. From start to finish there was efficiency coupled with care and compassion. The service we received could not be bettered.

The guys from the Co-Op gave an excellent service. They guided us through everything. Asked them if they could drive past my Mum's house and somehow they knew what house it was, stopped and Craig got out and paid respect to her.
They gave her a great send off, could not have asked for more. Even the fact that around the graveside was very muddy thinking about everyone incase they slipped.

The Funeral team and the Funeral Director John was absolutely brilliant on the day. It was Mother's funeral and they were very gracious and respectful. The day itself was very emotional and they made it very easy for us on the day.

. The undertakers on the day of the funeral were so kind and friendly. They wore West Ham ties which was the perfect gesture

They were absolutely brilliant, excellent communication, extremely helpful, polite and compassionate. They made a very hard time so much easier. Pat is a lovely lady and done a remarkable job. Richard was so understanding on the day and helped us so much. We will be forever grateful to them both.

Pat at East Ham was extremely good, I caused her problems as I was trying to accommodate all family members so changed things at last minute then changed them back, she was so patient with me and understood that I was all over the place with grief. It's that understanding that makes the difference and makes a very awkward job easier to handle.
