Albins were very professional and empathetic when helping my mum and family plan my grandmothers funeral. They made her look so beautiful, they were also really helpful guiding us through what we could and couldn’t do during the pandemic. The little touches such as leaving a rose on my mother’s door was really touching. The whole family were very pleased with the service from both the Mottingham and Deptford branch. A first class funeral director. They collected our mum from hospital two days after her death. During the 7 weeks  mum was in their care everything we asked for was ...yes. .. Our mum was kept in Rotherhithe for 4 weeks and then transferred to the Mottingham chapel of rest where she remained for nearly another 4 weeks under the care of Neil and Denise. A special thank you to Denise who guided us through our darkest hours / days with compassion, she helped us with the order of service cards / arranged for mum to come home for one more night and opened the branch on Saturdays and Sunday's for us to see our mum.  She even made us tea. Denise is a great ambassador to the Albin family..... She must be as she put up with us boys .. The day of the funeral was as perfect as it was ever going to be given that we had lost our girl /our mum /our everything,so a special thank you to George and his boys for conducting the funeral with the same compassion that seems to be in abundance at Albins.

A big thank you to the Albin family, I would recommend this organisation to anybody that has suffered loss and is looking for guidance together with compassion during their sad and difficult times.

As a family we cannot praise the professionalism of Albin’s high enough. Our Mum passed away at home, she had arranged her funeral before COVID. From the time we called the ‘out of office’ hours to after the service at the Crematorium the communication, and expertise we received from Denise at the Mottingham branch we will be forever grateful to her she managed to book a church service for us to allow us more time to celebrate Mums life after not being allowed to book a double slot at Falconwood. It was a perfect day. The respect, and compassion Steve, and Neil gave us on the day made us feel special, even the tissues, and bottles of water in the cars is a very special touch. Well done to you all on behalf of Irene Cleary’s family.

Top marks for Neil and his team, excellent customer focus, very smooth operation from start to finish, if only every company could be like this.

But it was the little things that really impressed us, the rose left outside the front door of mum's house and the staff in the street outside the office paying their respects as we drove past. even the cost wasn't as bad as I was expecting.
Funerals are by their very nature not nice times but at least using a professional team it helps to ease the day.

F A Albin are very professional funeral directors.  They are caring, informative and lead you all the way on what is best for their client.  Whilst COVID limits the attendance and impacts emotions the funeral for my wife Janet was excellent.
