This is my first experience of dealing with arranging a funeral and from the time I made contact with Darren he put me at ease.
It's all very daunting and lots of decisions need to be made in a relatively short amount of time but his calm manner, constant reassurance and regular contact with me, made it all run smoothly and stopped me from panicking at any time.

From making the arrangements with Darren at the office ,the appointment with Barbara the celebrant through to the team that accompanied my mother to the Crematorium , everything was handled very sympathetically and very efficiently.
A very sad day for the family was made a lot easier by everybody's care and attention to our wishes.

A lady I spoke to made a date for the funeral and gave no further advice to me. When we went to arrange the funeral it was too late to get the order of service printed and no celebrant had been advised. Not the sort of service you expect when someone has died.

We found the whole experience with Co-op funeralcare Eastcote excellent, they were so helpful in the difficult time of our recent bereavement. Carole was such a help with the initial plan, we didn't know where to start, she put us at ease and made it special. Paula was also a great help compiling the order of service.
