Our family would like to thank you all at CJ Reilly for your help and support with arranging our final farewell to Mum. Everything went like clockwork, and it was pointed out by friends how professional you were.
Everything was explained so clearly along the way, which was especially reassuring when David and I carried Mum into the chapel. You made a very difficult day a lot less stressful for us, and our family truly thanks you for that.

CJ Reilly showed tremendous care and professionalism following the passing of our beloved mother.

During such an incredibly difficult and emotional time, they made everything as easy and stress-free as possible. They treated our mother with the utmost dignity, respect and care and were always kind, patient and understanding with our family. Nothing was too much trouble and were able to deal with any last minute changes.

Every detail was handled with great professionalism, and we felt reassured throughout the whole process.

We would highly recommend their services to anyone who has to face the difficult experience of arranging a funeral for a loved one.

I cannot recommend CJ Reilly Funeral Services highly enough! We used them when mum passed away in January and did not hesitate to use them again when we lost dad 5 months later. It is hard to put into words how empathetic, caring and sensitive they are and how kindly they treated both mum and dad. Their attention to detail is second to none  and nothing is too much trouble. They supported us through my ramblings and short notice changes to the service and always gave you as much time as you needed. They made a really sad and difficult process easier and ensured that everything ran smoothly. On the day of the funeral everything was perfect, respectful and so beautiful. We were looked after in every respect as we’re mum and dad. I would never trust or consider anyone else to look after my loved ones when the need arises…..they are truly second to none and I cannot thank them enough.

We used CJ Reilly after our Dad passed away. We had held onto their details after seeing the care with which they looked after an aunt who had passed away many years before. When dealing with the funeral arrangements of of a loved one for the first time there is a lot to consider, whilst you are also dealing with the emotional aspect (and impact) of what has just happened. We could not praise Chris and the team highly enough for the care and attention we were given through what was a very difficult period. Every little thing was considered and taken care from our first phone through to after Dad was laid to rest.

I dealt mainly with Hayley but from start to finish, the whole team which is a family run business have gone above and beyond, dealing with a very sensitive situation with kindness and empathy.Nothing has been too much trouble. As always the level of care provided by the team was exemplary from start to finish and the attention to detail in terms of helping us deliver the best possible send off for my Mother was outstanding. You will not find a more compassionate and professional service and I have no hesitation in recommending them - they are a credit to their industry!

Hailey, chris and the team were excellent with my fathers funeral. Lots of empathy/sympathy with no rushed decisions.This was our first time dealing with a funeral and hailey especially, made me feel alot better after sitting and talking with her. Stress just seemed to roll of my shoulders and I was able to feel connected again, albeit the unfortunante circumstances we found ourselfs in. Honestly not sure what I would have done if I hadnt have recieved the amazing service we did. 10/10. I would also like to thank maria the celebrant who was also amazing.

The care and attention shown to us and my late husband was very much appreciated. Everyone at CJ Reilly was so kind and patient as we navigated a very difficult and sad time. They are always at the end of the phone or email and accommodated all of our needs. My late husband was really cared for and I felt reassured that he was well looked after. An incredibly difficult time was eased slightly by the personal and caring service that was provided. We will be forever grateful for this.

Great service from first talking to Hayley in person and over the phone. Exceptional service, Hayley kept us informed of what was happening every step of the way right up to the day of the funeral.

The day of the funeral we couldn't of asked for more, 100% would
recommend CJ Reilly services, it is such a sad, stressful time the loss of a loved one but they made the process easier for us, guiding us through all the way.
