We decided to go with Coop Thornton Heath Funeralcare after seeing a few local funeral services. As a family we really appreciated Jo’s (our Funeral Arranger) proactivity, professionalism and attitude. Jo was kind, patient and accepting, always willing to accommodate our requests, even at the last minute. There was constant communication and all our questions answered.

Right from the start we felt in safe and capable hands. Planning a funeral was never going to be the easiest task, especially with no experience, but Jo supported and guided us through the process. Rianne (Funeral Director) and the team did an excellent job delivering for us a befitting life celebration for our loved one, everything was handled with great dignity and respect. We have received numerous compliments on the organisation and the delivery of the burial which is a testament to the whole team at the Thornton Heath branch. Thank you!

An excellent service was received during a stressful time. The office staff were helpful and informative throughout. They guided us through every step of the way. The personnel on the day of the funeral were respectful and helpful before and after the funeral service. I would recommend this service to everyone. They made a difficult period a lot easier.

When I first telephoned Co-op Funeralcare following my friend’s death I was put through to the central office. I received what I thought were very offhand and unhelpful responses. However the moment the matter was put in the hands of the Thornton Heath office and Jo Williamson the service I received was brilliant. It was efficient, friendly and caring.
