I have used Mears a few times and have always found them to be professional, friendly, helpful and compassionate. They make the whole experience easier to deal with and always go that extra mile to make sure nothing goes wrong and at the end of the day you feel without them things might not have gone so smoothly.

Dianne and Yvonne were lovely. Very respectful, knowledgable and helpful, went out of their way to help, made my mum look really pretty for viewing and put little hair clips in exactly as I asked

It got a bit confusing as to whether we should be dealing with The funeral parlour, Jeff or May. The family probably added to any confusion as s number of us had some involvement.

Highly recommended, I understand it's their job to assist in the process at such an awful time, that's what your paying for...but, Mears family funerals catford and also Mears repatriation not only did their job but went up and beyond, I felt they were also a shoulder to lean on, I will never be able to thank them enough, Everything can be done under one roof and what they can't do they can help find.
