I took a funeral bond out five years ago to cover my wife and myself. Jean has since died and with one phone call everything was put into place.I highly recommend this company. The lady in the office was both sympathetic and caring.

    The co-op funeral service in Spilsby and Alford were amazing. We had some personal things that we wanted to arrange ourselves and they were so supportive and helpful in every wish we asked of them. Nothing and anytime was too much trouble for them. Highly recommend.

    The Spilsby Funeral care were very professional in the handling of mums funeral. I was dreading going to make arrangements but as soon as we met Kerry she put me at ease and made the process so much easier. She helped me to along the way with what I wanted and she did the rest.. Her friendliness and professionalism shone through right up to the day of the funeral. I would like to thank everyone at Spilsby for looking after mum and also looking after us..

    The funeral was a prepaid plan, Nicky at the funeral home was able to arrange an appointment at very short notice due to the fact that I did not live local and was only going to be in the area for a few hours. She explained all the details for the funeral. The day before the funeral I was contacted by the funeral director to discuss things and introduce himself. On the day of the funeral the staff were very courteous and supportive. I would recommend the Spilsby branch to anybody who lives in the area.

    Kirby and Kerry were amazing.
    Was very professional and couldn't help us enough in this very difficult time.
    Wasn't keen to go to the Co-op as have heard horror stories about them.
    But honestly I couldn't recommend them highly enough.
    Wouldn't hesitate to use them again in the future.

    My husband's funeral was just what I wanted and needed. We were together for 58 years so you can understand that our celebration of his life, and our lives together and with our family needed to be special. And it was! Our Celebrant, Richard, was helpful and very supportive. In fact all the staff had just the right manner. All in all the whole day was wonderful - a special day for us all to remember, and to think of fondly. Thank you to all who helped our day to go so perfectly.

    I can't thank Nicky Roberts enough for her attention and caring towards every tiny detail, often above and beyond the call of duty in my opinion.
    At such a distressing time Nicky took such a lot of worries off my shoulders.
    The whole team on the day were so very professional taking great care and so very respectful.
    The whole entire process was without any hitches at  all.
