This is what Co-op Funeralcare offer as part of their Simple Funeral:

They will remove your loved one from their place of death into their care within a 50 mile radius
If death occurs out of normal working hours, at home or in a care home, they will remove your loved one into their care, out of hours, at no extra cost
They will prepare, care for and dress your loved one in a gown to match the interior of their Basic Coffin
Your loved one will rest in their mortuary facility, or if required, a private rest room in their funeral home
You’ll be able to visit your loved one during normal working hours at no additional charge
They will transport your loved one from the funeral home to the crematorium or burial site in a ceremonial vehicle of their choice
On the day of the funeral, a wheeled bier will be used or the family can bear the coffin
They will make all necessary arrangements for a dignified funeral
Your funeral director will be there at the funeral to support and guide you through the funeral

Paul from Co-op Funeralcare, Bottesford Road, Scunthorpe was extremely caring, thoughtful, helpful and compassionate throughout the whole funeral arranging process, from his first visit to gather details and the family's wishes, to planning and carrying out a beautiful funeral service for Mum.
We appreciate the extra efforts Paul and the team went to in order to facilitate Mum's final goodbye and all of the thoughtful touches which made this sad farewell that little bit more bearable.

Amazing service, from the first phone call the process was explained to me and when I wasn't to sure explained again. We were very pleased with the arrangements for our Mothers Funeral. A lot of which was planned because she had a Funeral Plan. Never-the-less all the extra detail we requested happened. The personal attention we had from Paul was very reassuring and calm during a time which was very difficult to deal with, especially for myself. When I couldn't make a decision Paul was there to guide and explain. The calm, gentle and professional touch was greatly appreciated. Thank you.
