I cannot praise the Cooperative Funeral Services highly enough, nothing was too much trouble for them, especially when we needed specialised transport for my mum who is wheelchair bound. They were always able to sort out any issues we had with kindness and compassion enabling my dad's funeral to run smoothly and to be a memorable celebration of his life.

My family and I are extremely grateful for the professional service from all the staff involved in my dads funeral, from Jeanette at Bracebidge Heath who walked us through the process of organising dads funeral and was so kind and considerate of our feelings, Sharon on reception at Tritton Road who took in my dads personal item and was so understanding with our wishes,David who was so lovely,kind and considerate and nothing was too much trouble, all the other staff involved were absolutely brilliant and I really can't thank you enough for your kindness at such a sad time, you are all extremely lovely people who do a brilliant job at such a sad time. Julie was a star as usual kind and compassionate helping us to get through the difficult day always there to give us a most welcome hug  very professional  as always

When I spoke to Steve he said he would drive the hearse as he knew Colin 
He did an excellent job advising the boys on how to carry the coffin

Our funeral planner was Jeannette Fogg and she could not have been kinder, she was sensitive and considerate and made a difficult task a lot smoother than expected. All the staff at the main branch on Tritton Road were very kind and helpful also and we found the location calm and serene. The chapel was ideal for the service and everything went very smoothly on the day, with wonderful service from David Gault and his team, also Sharon who supervised the service and reception and attended to the music. We are all very grateful for everything done to help us cope with a very difficult occasion, thank you!

From start to finish they were fantastic. Jeannette was lovely made me and my brother very comfortable and very karm. They kepted me informed with everything.
