The family of Jean Shipley would like to say a huge thank you for the wonderful service we received for our mum. What a fantastic and caring group of people . So professional and you went over and beyond to cater for our needs. You opened up on a saturday to enable us to view our mum and stayed open late to allow relatives to visit after work. Nothing was too much trouble. We would like to thank each and everyone of you.We will recommend you without hesitation to all our friends and colleagues should they need you in the future. The service we received from Marwood was beyond anything that we had expected. As for all families, it was a very difficult time, but the dedication, attention to detail, and genuine warmth and care, helped us with the difficult process of saying goodbye to our dearly loved wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother. We could not have asked for any more.

We all would like to thank you for a amazing service through out the last 3 weeks from the time we lost my father in law, from Looking after him for us up until the final day where Lewis and his team did a great job from the moment dave arrived back home on the day of the 17th june until taking us back to celebrate Dave's life with is family and friends.
We would 100% recommend murwoods

Emma, Lewis and Ben have been extremely supportive though this difficult time. Nothing was ever to much trouble. They were always available no matter what time it was. A very professional service at all times, but more importantly, kind, caring and considerate.

Emma and Lewis were extremely kind and compassionate, they both went out of their way to make this terribly sad time as easy for us as possible. Dad was looked after from start to finish, which gave us much comfort.
The service and support provided was exceptional by all at Marwoods and we will be forever grateful for the beautiful send off my dad received and the compassion shown to us all as a family.

We decided to use Marwood Funerals because they are local to us and wanted to support the local buisness.(didnt look at any reviews at all!)
We Made contact with Emma who was great from the start, nothing was too much they went above and beyond in everyway!

Kept us informed everystep of the way from collecting My husband to the day of the funeral
The day of the funeral was without a fault too.

They have so much Empathy and compassion, your loved one is treated with so much respect and dignity at all times

Their professionalism was above and beyond, we cannot praise this company enough

we would 100% Highly reccomend them

Right from day one they helped me and my family through a very difficult time. Always helpful, professional and kind. Giving us the best advice at such an uncertain time. Always went above and beyond for us as a family to ensure everything went right for my dad's day and putting him to rest.
Couldn’t recommend you enough to be the people who help you through such a hard time. Thank you once again for everything.

it.was the personal touch it made a bad time bearable all the staff are friendly and helpful.silly touches like having alexa having your own music when visiting my wife made all the difference.the range of containers and other stuff is amazing now like works of art.
and of course the one thing you don’t want to think about is price but you have to and we were very surprised at the cost of our package in a good way.
