This was my first experience of having to arrange a funeral for anyone and I and my sons are extremely fortunate in selecting who we did. Everything was handled in a very professional and courteous manner with kindness and consideration for us all. Nothing was too much trouble and their expertise in all things was marvellous. No one could have done more for us and for all that was done we are extremely grateful.

Many thanks for your kind help in planning and carrying out the funeral of my husband Peter Hale.  Jo, you were thoughtful and respectful of all our wishes without being intrusive.   I always felt at ease with you and you were always there for me.  Paul, you could not have been more helpful on the day.  You were there all the way taking me through everything calmly, never rushing me letting me go at my own pace.  People commented how calm and patient you carried out your duties bringing a feeling of peace to everyone there.  Good wishes to you in your new position.  You will be missed at Hinckley.

I cannot fault Paul and his team. This is the first time I have been the main organiser of a funeral and as you can imagine as it was my mum's funeral the process was very upsetting. Paul's team made this as easy as they possibly could. In fact I would say they went the extra mile every time.

Very professional in approach. Helped with the final plans suggesting things I would never have thought of. On the day provided a very dignified ceremony and were very supportive. The wheelchair taxi was magnificent in black with no livery.

I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
