Hi,

just a few words but the service from Co Op was very considerate. They explained the process very clearly and asked lots of questions about our loved one. They followed up with several calls to us before the cremation and were always happy to answer any questions. Thank you.

Bamber bridge Co-op provided an excellent service arranging the funeral for my mother. We were treated sensitively, and the arrangements were made during a home visit from the funeral director Steph. Any questions I had were answered and this helped to put me at ease with the process. The staff even wore blue at the service in memory of my mum. Everything ran smoothly and we are very grateful for the support of all the staff. Thank you for making what is a very a difficult time a little bit easier.

I found everyone to be extremely professional,  friendly, kind and helpful, Steve had to take over from Steph and he also had to do the eulogy as the celebrant Mike was sadly taken ill, he did a great job, he also made it possible for my 2 sons and son in law and my nieces partner to carry my fathers coffin which meant so much to me and to them and we are all very grateful. Bamber bridge funeral care were there to help only a few hours after my father passed away right through to after the funeral, everyone was very pleased with how the funeral went and it made us all feel better. Jane was very helpful and stayed in touch and communicated all the time. I would not hesitate to recommend Bamber Bridge funeral care. Thank you for everything.
