The staff were wonderful and they did everything they could for me, my family and most importantly my dad.

I would especially like to give a shoutout to Liv who was in charge of sorting out the plan my dad had in place. She was amazing and walked me through everything gently and with the utmost compassion.

Staff wonderful but dissapointed it took 2 hours to get intouch with anyone to come and take dad away, he had been dead 2 hours before the nurses came to register that dad had passed then another 4 hours before he was picked up. No access for a wheel chair in you cars in 2022 you have motorbikes with trailer horse and carriage but to put ramps up and wheel a chair in to hard. I did not get paid off the coop to advertise the coop funeral service with the advert right where the wreaths were so you couldn't see the flowers.
The staff on the day were wonderful and very helpful as was Trevour and Mike who was wonderful. As for hanging basket the flowers were nearly dead in mums wreath I paid £300 but was very dissapointed, you recommend them but you need to look else where.

I cannot speak highly enough about the excellent, professional service I received from coop funeral care in Lancaster. During a difficult time they were always there to help and guide every step of the way. The end result was a perfect send off for my mother in law which has been comfort to me moving forward.
