This is what Co-op Funeralcare offer as part of their Simple Funeral:

They will remove your loved one from their place of death into their care within a 50 mile radius
If death occurs out of normal working hours, at home or in a care home, they will remove your loved one into their care, out of hours, at no extra cost
They will prepare, care for and dress your loved one in a gown to match the interior of their Basic Coffin
Your loved one will rest in their mortuary facility, or if required, a private rest room in their funeral home
You’ll be able to visit your loved one during normal working hours at no additional charge
They will transport your loved one from the funeral home to the crematorium or burial site in a ceremonial vehicle of their choice
On the day of the funeral, a wheeled bier will be used or the family can bear the coffin
They will make all necessary arrangements for a dignified funeral
Your funeral director will be there at the funeral to support and guide you through the funeral

I cannot express enough how wonderful Steph Kerry and Janine at the Chorley Pall Mall Branch were with the whole of our family - they could not do enough and nothing was too much trouble for them. They took on everything and made a very stressful and upsetting process easy for us to handle informing us regularly about the process. The funeral itself was excellent spotlessly clean cars / smart coffin bearers and the walking out of the hearse from our home was beautiful (if you can call it that). The Celebrant Mike was brilliant and the service was very relevant and thorough to my husbands life. I have nothing but praise for everyone involved in the whole process and thank all for their kindness and support throughout our dealings with them and would gladly recommend their services with confidence.
