Excellent service from the time we first met Rebecca, who was absolutely brilliant, through to when we left the Funeral cars at the Wake. Roger, who we met to discuss the order of service etc. was also a pleasure to meet and we received so many comments regarding his words and compassion throughout. Not just excellent, but above and beyond. From the minute we walked in Rebecca McDonnell just got us, and was empathetic, understanding and incredibly helpful. She was knowledgeable and nothing felt like a problem. We felt safe and secure, knowing we were in good hands just this distressing time. The recommendation of the reverend was perfect, and elevated the service. The whole process was stress free during the most stressful period of our lives.

It was so lovely liaising with Rebecca. She was so understanding, compassionate and attentive about the whole arrangements. Every time I called to make adjustments to flowers, the order of service etc nothing was too much trouble for her. Having spoken to her almost every day for two weeks I felt I made a new friend. She excels at her job and I would absolutely recommend the Co Op in Swanley to anyone else who needs to arrange a funeral.

Overall good service and staff friendly. However, communication could have been better. Was told 4 days before funeral that coffin chosen was not available. Also Celebrant was changed without prior notice. The new Celebrant contacted me before office let me know of the change.
