She made the whole process flow effortlessly and stayed in contact throughout and nothing was too much trouble. Excellent service from the moment we walked in the door, everything was clear and explained,  suggestions given which really helped when we were planning.. regularly updated always called back promptly and nothing was ever rushed. No hesitation in recommending at all and thanks to Louise this difficult and sad time was made so much easier and we are all very grateful

All the staff we met were so kind and helpful to us at such a difficult time. They were respectful at all times and helped us plan every aspect of Mum’s funeral so that every thing went perfectly on the day. This was in spite of staff shortage and having to use people from other branches so a huge well done and thank you from us.

On the day of the funeral, support was excellent, thank you. From the time of booking the funeral until the day, support could have been better. Eg., a mismatch between claims made on Co-op website and what was actually available. It seems that the actual funeral directors are not kept up-do-date about what - according to website - should be available.

Having used the Co-op funeral service ten years ago when our father passed away, we automatically chose you again for our mum. I was very impressed with our initial meeting with Gemma in Faversham, she was very professional and also so kind and helpful and so that helped us to relax in what feels like a difficult situation. It was great that she recommended Chele Lawrence to us as our Celebrant who turned out to be brilliant on the day. Similarly, my dealings with Amanda and Kelly were great, really helpful and good that they double-checked all details with us. I was impressed that Louise our funeral director for the actual day called me the day before to again confirm details and car timings, the whole funeral service was flawless from start to finish and I felt that Louise and the team showed so much respect for our mum in the way they carried out their duties. Thanks to all of you for a job well done.

Amazing people , so easy to talk to during a horrible sad time. They went out of there way to assure us that nothing was a ‘problem’ and call when and if necessary or just because we needed reassurance we were doing everything right for mums farewell.
They made a heartbreaking time just that bit easier , we will always be grateful.
