The service I received from Donna was second to none. She was excellent through the whole process and I couldn't fault her at all. She is a star. Rick on the day was also so lovely and he saw to it that things went so smoothly for which I am very grateful. I thank them both for there warmth and kindness through our families sad time.

Could not have asked for better 
Donna in the office was fantastic as was Kevin the celebrant 
The funeral cars and accompanying assistants were absolutely perfectly attired and really professional especially in the way they stepped out led the final entry and carried the coffin
The after care at the crematorium and later from the office could not be faulted 
Thanks to everyone throughly recommended

Donna at Sheerness Co-op Funeral Care has been excellent with every part of the process. She went through all the options with us and has been extremely caring towards mum - checking up on her (and me) both re the process and to see how we were. Everything was arranged really quickly - we got the celebrant we asked for (Annie Love) and the Funeral Director on the day of the cremation (Rick) was fabulous with both me (who was a bit of a gibbering wreck) and my family - he kept us informed of what was going to happen every step of the way and he checked in with me afterwards which was lovely. I cannot recommend them highly enough. For such a sad process, we couldn't have wished for anyone kinder. Thank you so much. Marie

Fantastic service from Co-op Funeral Sheerness. Donna was amazing from first point of contact to the week after. She read us well as a family and spoken in a way that made us feel at ease in a horrid situation. Rick was also fantastic, warm and caring on the day and patient. Would recommend them always. X

As with my mother’s funeral in 2021 everything was taken care of appropriately and sympathetically by everyone involved and I would commend the service given unreservedly

Donna the lady we dealt with at the sheerness branch was excellent, however the coop offering between a essential Funeral and tailored is shocking and begs for disbelief. This offering is sold incorrectly and would advise people to shop elsewhere.

I can't say enough good things about these guys, they was absolutely fantastic. Every step of the way I felt included, respected and istened to. I felt my mum was in the hands of people that 100% cared. And the whole thing went so much better than I anticipated, for which I will always be grateful.

I cannot thank Rick, Donna, Charlene and all the team enough for everything they did for me and my husband, Barry. They took exceptional care of my late husband, nothing was ever too much and the support they gave to me during this emotional and hard time was just awe inspiring. They made me feel like part of their family and treated my husband as part of their family too. I really cannot put into words and leave the review they are all worthy of other than what I have already said. They are all amazing and the most loveliest, caring, friendly people I have met in a long time. Thank you all again for looking after my husband, giving him the send off to his final journey he so verily deserved with so much love and affection, for helping me with everything, for looking after me on the day and helping me to get through it all. I truly am most grateful.
