Luke was absolutely amazing through this tough time for our family. Listen to everything we had to say and helped us through every step. Just made the whole experience so much easier. As the funeral itself it was an amazing send off for my brother and I'm glad we went with luke allum as I dont think anyone else would of gave us the great service he did

I could not fault Luke Allum and his team they were respectful and supportive and helpful from the moment I entered to start making arrangements for the funeral.., right through to two days after the funeral when Angela phoned to make sure I was alright. I would recommend these funeral directors to any one.

Having never had to arrange a funeral on my own before, Luke and his team did all they could to make everything go as smoothly as possible, they are caring, supportive and nothing is to much trouble, I really can’t thank them enough.

Luke is as genuine as any you are likely to meet. He and his team are superb. I can't put into words how much they make a very hard time just a little easier. I have had the sad pleasure for want of a better way to put it to to deal with him twice, but I would go nowhere else.

I don’t think I can put into words how much we appreciate all the help and support that we received. Really professional but caring and helpful. We had some issues getting a death certificate and they were really helpful and understanding. We felt like there wasn’t any question we couldn’t ask and they really went out of there way to help us resolve issues which were not even part of their job. 
Really open to doing what you wish for your loved one not just what is traditional. 
Can’t thank them enough

If you’ve lost a loved one, you will appreciate what a distressing difficult time it is.  Having contacted Luke , all the stress arranging the funeral was taken away. Along with Sue, Angela and team, the funeral was arranged with kindness, advice and handled with the greatest of professionalism. I cannot thank them enough, the funeral was perfect from start to finish. They really did us proud. Would highly recommend them .

Great service, very kind and friendly staff. Would do anything to help with the service and arrangements for your loved ones on their final journey. Offers support to you after the funeral if you need anything even if just a chat. Would highly recommend them gave my husband a beautiful funeral and a beautiful send off at the crematorium.
