They were very thoughtful at a emotional time. Extremely  helpful, when the music I had chosen came up as a duet ringing to check or to see if I wanted to change it .they kept us up to date on all that was going on . I would recommend them to friends .

When our brother passed away up in Lincolnshire, we knew the first thing we needed to do was get him back to his home town in Leysdown. We contacted Luke Allum explaining the situation and straight away he started discussing when he could drive up to collect him and take him into his care. Since that first contact Luke has been nothing short of amazing. Everything we asked for he did, even finding a silver Mercedes for the hearse instead of traditional black. Our brother was far from traditional. Luke kept the office open when we drove down to discuss the arrangements and even met us away from the office on a weekend, nothing is ever too much trouble. He goes out of his way to take any problem away that you may have. Not only is he fantastic at what he does, he's also a really nice guy too and totally respectful of every situation. The ladies in the office are equally as lovely, and everyone works brilliantly as a team. Through Luke Allum we were able to make all of our brother’s wishes for his last journey happen, resulting in a most beautiful and uniquely personal goodbye.

Luke, Sue and the rest of the team were absolutely wonderful during this difficult time. Always available by phone or email and even helped us with a weekend visit to the chapel to see mum. The service was lovely and the cars and drivers were very smart. Very professional and caring and I would highly recommend them.

Luke Allum provided an excellent service he did a fantastic job. The staff were excellent kind and caring and took great care in looking after me when arranging my partner Kevan Bidgood's funeral and for taking great care of him before his funeral.
