Everybody who looked after my dad and our family, were thoughtful and kind from beginning to end. Dad had a prepaid funeral plan. I would recommend it, much less stress for us as a family . Many thanks to all the staff involved

Right from the start, the attention, care, understanding and sympathy we received from the Ramsgate branch (Jilly and then Carly) was excellent and appropriate.  We felt like we could contact the branch at any time to ask questions, get advice etc. The celebrant (Jo) was the best. She genuinely cared about our loss and the tribute to Dad was from the heart. Thank you to everyone at the Ramsgate branch, including those already mentioned, plus Kelly and her team on the day of Dads cremation.

Our experience with coop Rainham has been outstanding. I cannot fault it at all. The celebrant Emma was amazing and along with the staff my mum’s cremation was the best one I have ever been to. A very sad occasion made very special full of love, emotion, fun parts that made us smile. My mum would have loved it.

I am so glad I used the Co-op in Ramsgate to arrange my Husband's funeral. Co-op was recommended to me and I needed to have his service in London.
