An amazing service. Staff were very respectful, kind and thoughtful. As well as extremely helpful at a very sensative time. As the funeral was for my daughter, only 30 years old, who took her own life after years of mental illness, it was probably an even more difficult occasion than some. All of the arrangements were handled sensitively, with continuous communication with us to be sure everything was as we wanted. On the day, all went to time and the staff from John Weir were polite and unobtrusive. There was a follow-up call later to check that we were satisfied with the service provided, which we were. We chose John Weir as they had provided the arrangements for another family member some years ago. They have retained the same excellent service.

Always on hand for any questions and incredibly accommodating in every way she allayed our fears and made us feel comfortable and the process as straightforward and streamlined as it could possibly be. I cannot praise John Weir and his team enough for the way they conducted the after death care of my husband. They were compassionate, empathic and totally professional.
