Anna was dealing with myself and my sister concerning our Dad's funeral. Anna was very kind, helpful and compassionate throughout our whole experience. Everything was explained to us in detail and all our questioned answered. No detail was too much. On the day everything went as planned and Kevin was also very kind. From the outset, the staff at John Weir have just been brilliant. Prompt collection of my Father from the Nursing Home to the John Weir Chapel of Rest. The early interaction with both Deana and Sharon was excellent and made the job of organising the Funeral from Malta the week before much easier and very smooth.
The advice given was spot on which led to a fantastic celebration of my Father's life at the Garden of England Crematorium at Bobbing, ably assisted by Kevin and his staff providing advice to the family Pallbearers and ensuring the Service ran smoothly. All staff are a credit to John Weir and a great big thank you from me.

The service provided was professional and organised. We were guided through every step of the process. It's a really difficult time for the family and we felt supported and that we could call for advice as needed. It seems like a long time waiting to be able to register the death and to obtain the death certificate, until you can make that first appt. However we were give information so that we could start to plan things.

It was a priority for John Weir's to make sure that every detail was taken care of and how we wanted it to be, which was reassuring.

On the day, the staff were kind and gentle, again supporting us through every stage of the funeral and giving us their time and guidance, from leaving the house to returning to the wake.

The celebrant, Annie Love, chosen by Sharon, for our service, was also perfect and worked with us to make it the personal service that we wanted.

It was a lovely final farewell for our lovely mum and we are very grateful.

I don't have enough words to say how amazing the service we received from John Weir was. I sadly lost my husband in February and from the time of our first interview with Anna, and still to this day, we have felt cared for and supported and have felt that our every need and wish have been listened to and taken care of. Thank you Anna in particular for the support leading up to Ron's funeral and thank you to the team that looked after us on the day. All amazing, kind, courteous, and professional.
