Qualified Funeral director Ben Baker Dip.FD, and his colleagues, will be at the office to assist you Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm. Outside of these hours, the telephone line is open to receive calls 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
John Weir Funeral Directors is a member of the National Association of Funeral Directors (NAFD) and the National Society of Allied and Independent Funeral Directors (SAIF). On top of this, it is the first funeral director in Kent to join the international, invitation only organisation, Selected Independent Funeral Homes.

To whom it may concern. I would like to say a big thank you to all the staff at John Weir for all their support and help in all the arrangements for my husband's funeral. Their welcoming smiles and compassion were genuinely and showed compassion every time. They were polite and professional and made time for me and made me feel I was the only person being dealt with. Thank you also to the undertakers who collected Steve from home. They were extremely respectful and treated him with the utmost care. Also to the palliative bearers on the day for that same respect. The viewing day of Steve at the funeral parlour was very difficult but seeing him the way he looked as if he was sleeping and natural with no falseness about him. My special thanks go to Ben an amazing man for the support, compassion and genuine sympathy throughout the whole process. He made me welcome each time I called in. It’s not an easy subject to dwell on but from behind tearful eyes on loosing someone dear to my heart I can honestly say if it wasn’t for John Weir funerals and especially Anna who guided my girls and I though the funeral arrangements I don’t know where we would be , I owe a big thank you to all at JWF for going that extra mile to make what is a very emotional time into an uplifting one , thank you once again for being their .
