My family and I were completely happy with the excellent service from John Weir and particularly wish to thank Deana for her sensitivity and kindness to my son, daughter and myself. She went out of her way to make sure everything was exactly as we would wish. On the day of the funeral, Simon and the team  made sure everything went perfectly smoothly, most attentive to our welfare.
I have found the booklet “ Now what?” very helpful and I will be referring to it several times in the future.

Anna took care of us when we was planning our baby girls funeral.

We have used John Weir twice now and both experiences have been excellent. At such a sad time we felt a sense of calm when spending time with Sharon at the Rainham funeral directors. Compassion, guidance and thoughtfulness shown at all times. I could not praise the team enough on the actual day of the funeral who made my dad’s service perfect. The choice of celebrant who took the service being Nadine Coulson was again perfect, she was warm, gentle and uplifting in the way she conducted the service.

This is the second time we have used John Weirs for family funerals, and both times they have dealt with us sensitively, and professionally.  This occasion was a particularly difficult one, and they offered so much advice and support - Deanna has been so supportive and she deserves a special mention.
