Our lovely Dad passed away over Christmas, Lewis Solomon were caring, kind & gave us the information we needed to help us to understand the process of getting Dad from the hospital & his death registered. They looked after of him but also of us in the weeks leading up to the funeral service.
On the day they were kind & caring without being overwhelming. It was of course about our Dad but it was also about representing us & easing us through a very sad & difficult afternoon.
The level of service was professional & compassionate which we very much appreciated.

Three of us had been selected as Pallbearers for my Father In Law's funeral which we held as a huge honour. Of course, short of reading on the Internet, we had no idea of where we needed to be at any given time. From arriving at Lewis Solomon's in the morning, we were treated with the greatest respect, compassion and empathy. I have to admit I almost felt like royalty, such was the service we were given.

David, on behalf of Lewis Solomon, advised and ensured we were able to follow by car without a problem and when it was time, explained to us where we needed to be as Pallbearers and instructed us as to how to respectfully and carefully carry my Father In Law to and from the Chapel and finally to his place of rest.

Because of how David, his colleagues and Lewis Solomon looked after us, we all were able to say farewell and achieve some form of closure to a chapter in my Father In Law's life. David, his colleagues and Lewis Solomon were simply professional. Thank you to everyone that was there with us on that day. Thank you.

Excellent all-round.

The family all appreciate your services, in particular the lady arranger and David who we interacted most with.

This was a very difficult time for us, made even more by the Covid19 situation.

The team ensured we could concentrate on grieving and mourning rather than worry about any of arrangements themselves.

Going into Tier 4 just before the funeral was horrifying. Our queries about the impact on Dads funeral were dealt with on Saturday evening.

Dad had a dignified service, which your team enabled.

Not only thoughtful and caring but doing so much to ensure they overcame the mistakes made by Medway Coroner. Without Nicky's constant enquiries and knowledge, my husband's funeral would have been cancelled. Cannot fault them. Felt exactly the same after they handled my mum's funeral.
