I can’t thank the team enough. From the moment I asked Joanne to take care of things, to the final goodbye to my dad, the whole team were outstanding. Many of our family present, commented on the professionalism and respect of the boys. It was the first funeral I had ever arranged & had no idea what was involved. Joanne and her team guided and supported my mother and me throughout - including seeing my dad, arranging a singer, speaking to the priest and arranging caterers. On the day of the funeral, the minute Stephen knocked on the door and introduced himself, I had complete trust in him. I knew everything would go as planned. Thank you everyone, it was a sad but beautiful day.

Jo Branch was brilliant she was very helpful and caring nothing was to much trouble Thank you Jo.  Due to the difficult times we are currently in due to COVID-19 we  received an excellent service from you.
My late mother in-law had the best send off we could of wanted for her.  I would also like to give a big thank you to Steve Bayley and the Chauffeurs David Wilson and Chris Mochine for looking after us of the  morning of the funeral you all was amazing.  Thank you again to you all from the Warne family.

Sadly I was very disappointed with the office representative as she was not helpful and had to call me several times to answer questions which should have been sorted on day 1. The actual funeral itself was very professional and ran smoothly thanks to George, he was kind and thoughtful and guided us through it .

I would like to extend mine and my families immense gratitude to Joanne Branch who dealt with all the details and extreme smooth planning of my dads funeral. 

From the moment I first spoke to Jo she was kind, caring and thoughtful in her approach. 

She arranged everything with Precision and no detail was missed. 

Jo please believe me when I say I could not have got through this difficult day without you. 

On the day we laid my dad to rest Steve and his team where incredible. He was calm, professional and extremely respectful. My dad would have been so proud.

We would like to thank Albins again for the service provided to us all for the funeral of my dear mother. The funeral arranged by the lovely Jo at Crayford who went above and beyond to ensure my mothers funeral was as special as it could be during a worldwide pandemic COVID19. 

Jo fulfilled all our requests given such strict rules by the government and the day went so well and put us at ease. I would like to thank Simon and Jon as-well as the wonderful team who laid my mum to rest in style. 

Thank you all from the bottom of my heart you truest done my family and myself proud. Thanks again to Jo who we found nothing was too much for her to arrange and her perseverance to get us exactly what we wanted for the day as well as the support she gave us.

From the initial contact to the return of the ages I was treated with the utmost respect and sympathy. Throughout the process I was kept informed and offered suggestions at a very vulnerable time but without any pressure what so ever.  The funeral was carried out impeccably in such difficult circumstances. Every thing was so personal and respectful.  I would like to take this opportunity to thank all of the staff for making a stressful occasion into a memorable one.

Death is always a difficult time but during covid’s lockdown Albins took the trouble to still keep things special. It all started with Jo a true diamond. Then a 1930’s rollers cos my nan would have loved to go on her journey in style. A big thank you to everyone at F A Albin, but especially Jo who made a difficult and stressful time for us bearable.  To us she went above and beyond anything we had expected, making arrangements, giving advice and phoning with updates so we didn’t have any worries.  When Mum arrived to us from Bermondsey with the cars everything was just perfect for her final farewell. Everything had been thought of, from a carpet for us to step on to enter the cars to water and tissues in the cars. Nothing was rushed, everyone was helpful and informed us as we went along as to what was happening. The service and the burial itself was lovely, due to Jo finding Father Owen and the Book of Remembrance and keepsake box was such a lovely touch and much appreciated.  We chose F.A Albin because of the care and respect they showed mum when they collected her from home when she passed to take her to the coroners office.  We are so glad we did and we really can not thank you enough for everything.

There are not enough words to express how grateful my family are that our lovely dad took his final journey by F A Alnins. Jo in the office is absolutely amazing, supported us at every moment and ensured our every wish was carried out perfectly. The men on the day, led by Jon, made sure the day ran to perfection. What has been the hardest few weeks of our lives, was made just that little bit easier by this wonderful group of people. We will feel forever blessed that we could proudly celebrate the life of our amazing dad with your guidance, support and total professionalism, thank you.
