My Mum passed away in July and due to outside factors, the funeral did not take place until September. Steve, Jo and the whole team were fantastic during the whole process. They went through everything in detail, they maintained contact throughout the waiting period. They were always at the end of the phone to offer help and advice if needed. On the day of the funeral they arrived in plenty of time before we had to leave. There were some lovely touches. Steve laid a flower on my mum’s porch. While passing the branch in Sidcup, a member of staff stood outside and paid her respects as we passed. On arrival at Kemnal park, Steve also paid his respects to my sister, who is laid there, by placing a flower on her plot. The whole family had nothing but praise for them. We cannot thank the whole team enough for making a very emotional day run smoothly and give Mum the best goodbye that we could.

From the moment I spoke to Joanne at Albins Crayford I knew that my Dad was in good hands, he would be looked after and his funeral would be exactly as it should be.

The support and guidance I received from Joanne was second to none, I didn’t have to worry about a single thing! The respect shown to my Dad was exceptional both before and on the day of his funeral.

The whole experience, start to finish, made what was a really difficult time that much easier to navigate and deal with. I can't thank or recommend the Albin's Team enough.

Jo at the Crayford office was kind and always on hand to answer any queries and made the difficult experience worry free. George, who brought my mum to the chapel was so kind and professional also. I couldn’t have wished for a better company to handle my mum’s funeral. Highly recommend 10/10.

Absolutely first class service. Their package, which includes online obituaries and photo slideshow accompanied by music, during the service all went to make the funeral very personal and precious time. Also the little touches water and tissues in the cars. Everything has been thought through very well. Highly recommended.

There are no words to describe the fantastic service from F.A.Albins.
The attention to detail was outstanding. The care shown to me at a truly terrible time was amazing. They really made an awful job  easier by the patience and understanding.
They are absolutely The Best and I would highly recommend them.

My father in laws funeral was arranged by Jo at the Crayford branch. As a family we cannot thank them enough for the care that was shown to us during this difficult time, we knew we were in safe hands. On the day of the funeral- George and his team were very respectful and professional in their roles, as well as showing genuine care to the family. It has given us comfort through this difficult time to be able to give our Dad the best send off. Thank you again Jo x

Perfect in every way. From when we first approached Joanne in the Crayford branch to the end of the service, the Albins team were first class. They were respectful and professional at all times. They managed my father’s funeral so we trusted them with our mother’s. We would definitely recommend this company to anyone.

What is there to say but brilliant. 
Joanne was so kind and caring kept me informed about everything regarding my mums funeral arrangements. There wasn’t anything else that could have been done. Albins went above and beyond what I expected they thought of every detail no matter how small. George who was looking after us on the day of the funeral was also exceptional. If I could give them 10 stars I would. They will be my 1st and last choice if I have the unfortunate position to arrange another funeral. Thank you doesn’t cover how greatful I am to Albins.

We have use Albin & Sons for all are passed Family members and friends.
I would like to thank Joanne Branch and Jonathan Fletcher and all the staff for the way they looked after all the funeral arrangements and for the respect and heartfelt sympathy they showed to Claire McPhillips, myself and my mum.
Funerals are hard to deal with as it is but with circumstances that made things so complicated. I cant thank Albin enough for everything they have done because the complications that we have had to deal with I know for a fact no other funeral Directors would do.

Albins certainly do go that extra mile and their standard of care is impeccable as always.

We had the sad loss of both our parents recently. Jo was so kind, patient and sensitive, giving us time to talk and not feel rushed. She was always available to discuss any queries we had.

It was a double funeral and Steve and the bearers were superb. The church is very old and narrow in places and they managed to place our parents side by side with such grace, dignity and care that many of the congregation commented on it.

Albins staff have shown respect and care to both our parents and us as a family. They are very professional and we are grateful for their guidance and service.

Knowing of their impeccable reputation, I knew I would be well supported and that my beloved Uncle would be in the best of hands.
