What can I say !! Absolutely outstanding service , staff were so caring, there's nothing they wouldn't do to make sure everything and everyone was happy. They check on you all the time to see how you are even after the service. Would recommend lower high street watford 100%. My sister and i thank you all so much xx

Excellent service throughout. Kat in the office was very kind and efficient and very respectful. On the day Catherine was excellent, she rang the day before to check all details and gave me timings which I thought was very good. On the day she was very caring and professional and she helped us very much on a bad day for us, she made it easy for us and looked very smart.
