Coop Funeralcare were very helpful when I telephoned them after my father died. They gave me a range of options for the funeral and did not push the most expensive, in fact encouraged me to get the cheap and simple service that Dad would have chosen. They were good at communicating and everything on the day went very smoothly.

We were looked after so well in what for us was such a hard time. Farrah was comforting and professional and we couldn’t of asked for a better company to support us and make all of our dads wishes for his final journey easier to cope with. Farrah gave us time, didn’t rush us and was so very thoughtful and understanding. She made sure the  harder questions that she needed to ask we done with such etiquette and respect for us and our late father. Abbie was so kind and really showed us respect for our dad and family on the day and we couldn’t of thanked her enough either for the way she held herself and the professional manner in which she projected onto you to make sure you knew she was there for support and to make sure the day went without a fail. The cars were polished and the men driving the cars were also very respectful. 
Huge a thank you from all of William Johnsons family he definitely chose the right company to look after us and his wishes.

I honestly cannot thank Farrah Harvey for all her help from start to finish with the arrangements of my last father’s funeral.  The day was absolutely beautiful with every wish taken care of.  Farrah  was extremely supportive with myself & my young family at this very sad time looking after everyone’s needs any time.
