I cannot fault the service provided by the staff at Hemel Hempstead. Alison guided us through the process compassionately, & efficiently. She recommended Vaughan Allen to officiate at the Cremation, & he was excellent.  The staff on the day did a magnificent job, particularly the young lady who walked in front of the hearse & appeared to be orchestrating the event. I am sorry but I didn’t catch her name on the day. Thanks to you all, on behalf of the family.

My mother passed away at around 11pm and wasn’t collected from the care home until 6pm the following day. 30 minutes before her funeral service i was asked if we had someone to help carry the coffin as you only had 3 people available. We then had to use our car to jump start your hearse. Not impressed at all

The staff were always very kind and considerate to our needs. 
The only downfall was not receiving our roses to lay on the coffin on the day of the service as they got left at the funeral directors, otherwise I would have said excellent.

From the very first visit to the last second of my mothers funeral was professional, efficient and all the staff showed empathy.
Allison and Farah in Wood Lane were so kind and certainly worked outside the box to help me and go that extra mile.
We had Colin as our funeral director, and god bless him what a lovely man to oversee my mothers funeral.
Angie our celebrant , was more than efficient and an extremely caring lady who conducted my mothers funeral with everything we asked for.
Conclusion is four wonderful ambassadors for your company who all wanted to make this as easy as it could be on an extremely stressful day for me.
If I had to look and find fault truly I could find nothing absolutely nothing.
My sincere and grateful thanks go to all four of them, they could not have done more.

Apart from a bit of a struggle to find a suitable date as so busy everything else was fine. Due to them being busy it can be hard to get hold of anyone by telephone but they did always reply to my emails.
