There was a little delay in contact at the start of the process but after that, the local team was great, very supportive, and gave me time to make decisions. Erin was particularly helpful, meeting up with allow me to drop off clothing, and even offered a cup of tea as the event was pretty stressful. I was contacted by the director the day before the ceremony to go over the day. On the day the team was kind and very professional. Overall, I'd be very happy to use them again.
