    We chose Moores as we knew somebody who had used them before and they gave us a very good review.
    We found Natalie at Waterlooville to be very professional from the initial meeting to the day of my mum,s funeral.
    She was understanding and compassionate every time we met and she quickly got the personality of my mum and correctly chose the celebrant who would match her personality.
    I would recommend Moores

    Natalie made us feel very welcome from the moment we walked through the door. She listened, offered advice and reassurance, was extremely flexible, professional, kind and accommodating. My father received the funeral he deserved, and the day was a very special one - in large part because of the service provided by Natalie and the team. We thank the team at Moore's for making a sad and emotional occasion the very memorable and special day it needed to be.

    Moores could not have done anymore to support the planning and management of the funeral.     Hello Natalie , just wanted to let you know how pleased myself and my family are with the way Malcolm’s funeral was conducted . From start to finish everything was perfect in every way and the flowers were just what I wanted for my beautiful husband . Everybody in the congregation commented on how regal you & the service was .     We choose Moores again, after they provided a professional and sensitive service for my uncle 10years ago. They did not dissappoint. Their professionalism continues along with sensitivity, to the emotional experience of the service they provide.     Moore’s have been fantastic from the start - so kind and respectful and so professional. They really cared about making sure my deceased loved one was well looked after. Nothing was too much trouble and they did everything they said they would and more. I hope you never have to use a Funeral Director’s services, but if you do then these are the ones to go to.
