    We choose Moores again, after they provided a professional and sensitive service for my uncle 10years ago. They did not dissappoint. Their professionalism continues along with sensitivity, to the emotional experience of the service they provide. Nothing was too much trouble and we were always listened to with genuine empathy without being patronising. The total service is excellent and would not hesitate to recommend their service.     Moore’s have been fantastic from the start - so kind and respectful and so professional. They really cared about making sure my deceased loved one was well looked after.     A professional, thoughtful and empathetic company. Moores made the whole process far less stressful than it could have been. From picking my father up at the family home to conveyance to the funeral service we were kept informed, guided through what to expect and the overall experience sad as it was could not have been better. Natalie and Lee in particular ( the two people I dealt with ) were so kind.
