Mandie & Martin - my family and I would like to thank you for the wonderful service you gave for my husband's funeral on 3rd July. From our first meeting everything has been delivered with such dignity, professionalism and kindness. Once again, thank you both and your wonderful staff for making a very sad day much easier to bear.

Everything was perfect, I thank them from the bottom of my heart for looking after my husband so well whilst he was in their care. They made the most difficult process a lot easier and nothing was too much trouble. Lovely people.

Mandy, Martin and the whole team at new forest funerals, made what is a very hard sad time so much easier to bare, They all showed compassion, thoughtfulness kindness caring professionalism and I could not of asked for any better. New Forest Funerals were so easy to deal with, helpful, friendly, offering excellent advice, good people to have helping at a difficult time. There was absolutely no hard sell, and the final bill was very reasonable. The post funeral help was willingly given and at no cost.

Both Mandie and Martin have been so supportive at this difficult time, providing everything they possibly could to ensure as the client I was satisfied with the overall experience. I cannot speak highly enough of New Forest Funerals. They, together with the Celebrant, Sally Randell and Bournemouth Crematorium delivered exactly what I was hoping for in my husband's funeral. Their service to me following his death was the perfect balance of sympathetic personal contact and professionalism. New forest funerals are truly wonderful, I really don't have the words to say just how wonderful they really are , they helped me in every thing , they looked after my dad I didn't have to worry about him , when I saw him he looked amazing, they went out of their way to help me in any way they could , they made me laugh , they listened when I cryed , just want to thank them so much , truly wonderful people xx

From the moment I walked into New Forest Funerals the service and empathy was outstanding. Mandie and Martin where so lovely and built the perfect funeral for my dad. nothing was too much trouble and they understood our requirements from start to finish. I would highly recommend them and will use them again when the time is needed.

At New Forest Funeral services we found that Mandie and her team were easy to talk to and discuss our needs and options with at a very difficult time. The business is small and local and not impersonal at all. They were happy to accommodate our slightly unconventional funeral idea for our Dad,  All 'parties'  liaised and the whole day ran smoothly and was about as good as a funeral could possibly be, and was, we hope an uplifting and fitting send off for our Dad, Ken.

New Forest Funeral Services are a true independent service that makes you feel so well cared for at a time when extra care and attention is required. Mandie and Martin are professionals who understand the needs of the bereaved family and those close to the dearly departed.

From the initial meeting with Mandie you will feel relaxed and comforted and will be very well looked after. They provide a very tender personal service, every step along the path to saying the final farewell to the loved one.

Martin and his support drivers and pallbearers delivered a professional and yet warmly received personal service. As our Funeral Directors of choice they provide exacting standards of service, a truly wonderful company.

We were so happy with the first meeting with them and now after the service and farewells are a dear memory we are so glad that we were cared for by Mandie and Martin
