Martin and Mandy have been so kind, professional, respectful and clear through this whole process. They looked after my dad with so much respect and treated his funeral as if it was someone they knew personally. I can not recommend them more. We traveled from Bournemouth to use them and they really are special people.

We can't recommend New Forest Funerals highly enough. Martin and Mandie took care of everything with sensitivity and great care. Nothing seemed to be too much trouble for them. We found them very kind, but also very organised. Everything in the run-up to the funeral and on the day itself went very smoothly. It's a sad time for everyone and the last thing you want is for there to be stress about how things will be arranged. After consulting us with great care, they made sure that we had absolutely nothing to worry about in that regard. A really good company. Thank you.

New Forest Funerals was recommended to us, and now we know why! The respect that has been shown to both our deceased Mum and to ourselves was beyond compare. They guided us through every step with kindness and understanding, giving us time and never rushing us.

On the day of the funeral itself, everything was done so beautifully it was carried out with dignity, sympathy and solemnity, and all as we'd requested as a family.

Thank you Martin and Mandie. I think Lucy would have loved it! She loved a good funeral - and she certainly had that.

Loosing my fantastic Mum was the most difficult thing I have ever faced, Honestly I did not know where to start or who to turn to when it came to making arrangements but chose to speak to Mandie at New Forest Funerals, and I am so glad that I did.
Mandie was very helpful and caring even before we chose to use New Forest Funerals. Once the decision had been made she was so incredibly helpful guiding me through the process and I felt that she was able to genuinely understand what I wanted and what was right for my Mum. It took allot for me to trust my Mums care to someone but had every confidence in Mandie and the team. I will be forever grateful for their support in the hardest of times for me. Thank you!

Mandie and Martin were fantastic and so helpful.  Nothing was too much trouble, and a (very) last minute scramble caused by my lapse in memory to ensure the committal of my mother went beautifully was handled gracefully and calmly.

At such a sad and devastaing time, you need compassion and understanding when making these arrangements. Martin and Mandy were exceptional in every aspect. From caring and looking after my Sandy, our Sandy to looking after us the family. Making sure we got the funeral we wanted, the funeral Sandy would of wanted and it all going ahead as planned.on time and with out a hitch

For what had been the hardest time of my life, was really made so much at ease in respect of organising the funeral. Mandie especially, but mandie Martin and jess make you feel as comfortable as possible in such a horrible situation. Mandie helped with my nans funeral 13 years ago at a different company and then we moved to New forest funerals with her when my uncle passed as she also helped with his and has now helped with my mums. I would never take my service anywhere else. The service is outstanding and there really isn't anything more I could have asked for. Thank you to you all
