Martin and Mandie’s handling of what must have been a very difficult situation, even with all their combined experience, was exemplary in its sensitivity and professionalism. From the moment I met with them , I felt so relaxed and at ease with the discussions for the occasion and service , they listened to what the family and myself wanted and what my wife had discussed when the time came of her passing .they simply listened to what we had to say and provided a service and occasion that matched our requirements , all organisation was for the funeral was administered by them lifting a great weight from my shoulders .
Anytime we wanted to visit my wife in the chapel of rest was never questioned and was available 7 days a week .
They are a fantastic credit to their Profession and I have no hesitation in recommending them to one and all and hold them in the highest regard for the quality and professionalism of the service that they provided .
