The team, Tracie and Abbie helped talk us through what we needed to do as it was the first time organising a funeral and made the process really easy. On the day Tony looked after us and our dad at the crematorium whilst we said our good byes. With much thanks.

We contacted Waters & Sons when we knew we needed to make funeral arrangements for my husband as he was transferred to end of life care. It was so refreshing at the point when we were making enquiries to be given readily the open and honest information in relation to costs. We met with Tracie Bascombe at the Portchester branch who treated us with compassion and professionalism, ensuring that all our needs and wants were recorded. When the time came a simple ‘phone call put everything in place, a true benefit at a very emotional time for the family.

We received professional and empathetic support from the entire team at Waters & Sons, in the run up to the funeral and so much on the day. Simon Waters and his team provided customer support of the highest standard in delivering the funeral we wanted and we are grateful to him and every single member of the team we came into contact with on the day. We can only recommend Waters & Sons highly and thank them for the very professional service they delivered.

Tracie at the Portchester branch was very helpful and efficient.
Thanks to her efforts the funeral was as good as any such event can be.

The only slight criticism is the obituary site which is very, very slow and sometimes crashes.
This was pointed out so hopefully the problems are now sorted.
