We were treated with compassion and kindness by Helen at Altrincham Co-op Funeralcare.
At a difficult time, details were explained clearly and we were kept up-to-date with all details.

Dad booked a pre-paid basic funeral so we weren't expecting anything fancy, but a simple service well-executed.

Most of the funeral went smoothly, but there were a few issues -
- Photo of dad was not displayed on the screen during the funeral as was requested, a generic scene was displayed instead
- Collection was not mentioned or taken during the service, the box was outside and we had to take to the wake for guests
- We requested curtains to remain open at the end of the service but they were closed

Other than that, all the staff were helpful and kind, and we would recommend.

A difficult time with the loss of my dad was made easier with the support of everyone from Co-Op Funeralcare Altrincham.  

Helen was great at helping us get everything organised, mixing compassion with efficiency. And on the day Francesca and the team were the same.

Helen was wonderful.Kind, sympathetic but also efficient and extremely helpful.Helen put us in touch with an amazing Celebrant.My mums service was perfect She made a very difficult time much easier. The funeral director Tracy and her team were lovely, caring and kind.

Helen's help & advice was invaluable in helping to arrange Mum's funeral and ensured it all went very well without a hitch. Her friendly approach kept us all at ease throughout the arrangements and especially during Chapel Visits which can be difficult for family members. She remained professional and diligent throughout.
On the day Franscesca looked after us ensuring things ran smoothly and carried out our requests perfectly. Also adding a few personal touches of her own, including arranging for the Great Grandchildren to walk into the Church in front of the coffin.
The family were able to have a memorable day and our sincere thanks go to Helen & Francesca and all at Co Op Funeralcare, Altrincham.

From start to finish the team at Altrincham coop funeral services were amazing.

We, as family, had been through a dreadful time with our loved one.

Helen & Francesca were so very attentive and helped guide us through the whole process. This was from the coroners office to the committal.

Don't hesitate to use them if you have lost someone dear. You will not be disappointed..
