Danielle and Wendy were the 2 staff we had the most contact with. Both were highly professional, sensitive, kind, listened carefully and paid attention to detail. I was always contacted if things needed clarification or questions needed to be asked, in order for the 2 days it took to have the requiem mass and the internment for my darling Mum,  Anne Lingard. 
Thanks also, to Rob at your Otley branch who contacted me beforehand to introduce himself and see if there was anything we wanted or needed for the burial in Addingham, West Yorkshire. 
My sister’s, my brother and myself are deeply grateful for your fantastic assistance in making what was a difficult 2 days as serene and stress free as they could be. We are very grateful. Thank you.

We received really good service Danielle made all the arrangements with the crematorium and celebrant making it a stress free time.
Danielle kept in touch with us every few days to make sure we were OK.Wendy helped us on the day of the funeral all the staff were extremely professional and helpful.
