I and my family found Deighan's to provide an excellent, highly sympathetic and highly appropriate service which made a difficult time that bit easier. Ian acted both as a funeral director and also as the celebrant at the service- a role which he performed with great human warmth and sympathy. I always felt the advice I was given was appropriate and never felt pressured into extra discretionary spending which I know has happened with other funeral firms. As a small family firm I found Deighan's through a personal recommendation and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to others in turn.

Thank you, from the bottom of my heart. My Mum's funeral was as beautiful a day as it could be. The level of care, professionalism and dignity taken throughout the entire day was second to none.

Ian, I cannot thank you enough for reading on my behalf. Between us we gained a few compliments.

Ryan, you kept me updated every step of the way and treated my family and friends, my Mum and my Nanna with the utmost respect. My Nanna would have been so proud of you.

Respectfully, I hope I don't need to use your services anytime in the near future, but rest assured I will do when needed. I will of course recommend you to all.

I can't thank everyone at deighans enough for what the did for mum..
Treated both her and ourselves with the utmost respect and always on hand, day and night for anything we needed. Nothing was to much trouble for mum and ourselves. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for a beautiful, dignified and professional send off.

Everyone we dealt with at Deighan's Funeral Parlour was absolutely fantastic, from my initial call on a Sunday evening, throughout the planning and the funeral itself. Nothing was too much trouble and their help and advice was invaluable .

My mum had her funeral through deighans and they helped so much with that they actually went above and beyond because of the way they treated me when my mum passed my husband requested to go to the same place
I would like to thank the staff for all there help regarding the funeral of my husband at such a hard time they made it that bit easier with all the help they offered from start to finish the service was brilliant Ian was so good the service was so fitting for stu thank you all for your help
I highly recommend Deighan's funeral parlor im not planning on needing them anytime soon but it's the place I would like to go to

I cant thank Deighan's enough for the caring, respectful and professional way they dealt with my Dad's funeral arrangements. Ian put my mum's mind at ease on a number of occasions. from the day we got in touch with Ryan from Deighans funeral parlour we received nothing but exemplary care both for Nicholas and ourselves we were all treated with dignity and sympathy and nothing was too much trouble.On the day of the funeral Ryan was so professional in his mannerism and although absolutely chucking it down with rain he walked slowly more than once in the whole journey in front of Nicholas particularly when we approached Nicks former workplace where we parked up while colleagues and customers were able to pay their respects. The actual service at Overdale was as family and friends have told us was very fitting to Nicholas and an excellent service all thanks to Ian who led and conducted the service both professionally and made us feel like he had known Nick and us. Thank you so much Deighans and especially Ryan who is a credit to you.. and Ian who made an emotional and sad day very special x

Absolutely unbelievable from start to finish. Deighans are a credit to the industry. Personal touches such as visiting my mother's house when she couldn't bring herself to visit the parlour. The service itself was as great as it could have been and felt like there was a real personal touch to how they looked after my whole family, including my late father. Would recommend them to anyone. Special mentions to Rebecca and Ian who looked after everything and consoled my mother and held a great service. Thank you so much.

You have been amazing.
From the moment you picked up my phone, your polite and calming tone of voice put me at ease. You explained everything with clear thoughtfulness and respect. Nothing was too much trouble and you made us smile at just the right moments which only added to the whole experience of absolute perfection in the best possible way. 

The team at Deighans came highly recommended by someone we met at the Butterfly Suite at Royal Bolton Hospital, they said “you won’t be disappointed” and they were right! This family run business is successful because each individual member of the team together provide a friendly, comfortable and welcoming place to arrange the perfect celebration of life with utmost respect and professionalism.
