An incredible team. From the moment Rai came to our home, to when they dropped us at the wake, they took such good care of us. Nothing was too much trouble even with late changes because I’d made a mistake. Just listening to what we were saying amongst ourselves in the cars and sorting it. Dad had a piper and I said the only piper tune I would recognise was “flower of Scotland’. Ryan heard this and spoke to the piper who then played it when we came out of the church. Stunning customer service with a mix of appropriate humour and respect. Knocking on the door of the room where dad was resting before entering for example. An amazing family and an amazing funeral service. Thank you from all of us.

It is so important that your loved ones are treated with the same care and dignity as if they are still here and this is exactly what Deighans gave us. I know my Dad was being well looked after. They showed the upmost respect. They organised a wonderful funeral and such a beautiful service.
Thank you for all you did. It will always be appreciated.
Special thanks to Stephen who was always so supportive and to Rai for doing such a lovely service.

I can not thank Deighan's Funeral Parlour enough for how much and how well they looked after my wonderful Aunt and us at the most painful and desperate time imaginable. I was so shocked and upset when I had my very first call with Shirley and she literally held my hand and continued to do so the whole way through. She informed me of things I needed to know, answered questions I felt I needed answering and listened to me with compassion and understanding.
She did everything she could to remove the mounting tasks which at such time, you just can't face. I will always be grateful to her.
When I met Rai, he basically took my other hand. The care, understanding, kindness and respect he and Shirley showed for my Aunt and to our family was incredible. Rai took time to understand as much as possible about my Aunt and did it in such a supportive and patient way.
I honestly do not know what I would have done without Shirley, Rai and the wonderful team who helped us all.
The service was beautiful and Rai spoke of my Aunt like she was his own.
I can not recommend Deighan's more highly, they quite literally hold you up and take your loved one into their very generous care. Thank you to them all.

From the moment I walked into Deighan’s I knew it was the right place for my son. Deighan’s went above and beyond from the get go. Making phone calls, chasing up the coroner, then going to Nottingham to bring my boy home. They made planning my son’s funeral an easy process. I was made welcome every time I went to sit with my son and when the day come to lay him to rest I didn’t have to worry about anything Rai, Ryan, ste and the team handled everything they even added personal touches. I can’t thank Deighan’s enough. Big thank you from Anjela and family.

When we lost our second parent in six weeks, the only funeral directors we would consider using was Deighan’s because they gave us amazing support and service when our mother passed away first. We picked Deighan’s initially because we thought that we would get better service with a family run business and this turned out to be the best decision we could have made. The whole team are compassionate, friendly and put you at ease. They deliver a first class service and ensure that everything runs smoothly throughout the process. Most importantly, we felt the are parents were treated with dignity and love whilst in their care. It is comforting, after losing two parents so quickly, that we can now sit back and reflect and feel that thanks to Deighan’s we gave them the best send-off we possibly could.

Just what we wanted. Rai was great both in terms of his visit to us and the service he delivered. Would have been what mum wanted. Out of hours correspondence always picked up and nothing was too much trouble.

We are absolutely delighted with the service we received from Deighan's. Everything was done efficiently and with compassion. They listened to what we wanted and gave us some excellent advice. On the day of the funeral we had terrible weather conditions with thick snow but everything went according to plan. The flowers, order of service, the coffin etc were beautiful and tasteful. Thank you for taking the stress out of such a sad time.

all the staff at deighans have been wonderful. Rai is so passionate about his work he made the entire thing as relaxing and as comfortable as can be at this awful time. Ryan went above and beyond with our little brother on the day of the service an experience which I’m sure will have set a positive memory of what would have been an awful day otherwise. Deighans Funeral Directors were absolutely fantastic from start to finish. They helped us navigate an incredibly difficult time with such kindness, compassion, and professionalism.

Ste, Ryan, and Rai really took the time to listen to us and understand what we wanted for my mum’s farewell. They offered thoughtful suggestions and made sure that every detail reflected her personality and the love we felt for her.

On the day of the funeral, they were so respectful and attentive, ensuring everything ran smoothly. The service was beautifully done—so personal and heartfelt. It was clear how much effort they put into making sure it was a fitting tribute to my mum.

I can’t thank them enough for the care and support they gave to us as a family. They made such a difficult time that little bit easier, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone. They truly went above and beyond for my mum and for us.
