From our first meeting at their premises in Adlington to our being dropped off for the wake, my family and I were treated with warmth, respect and understanding. Rebecca started us off on the difficult path of navigating what felt right and what we wanted. Rai, our Celebrant, whose easy manner and skill at knowing what we needed and wanted, sometimes even better than we did, helped us achieve them. Shirley's demeanour and kindness on the day took it up another level.
For anyone facing the stress and sadness of organising a funeral, this entire family / team felt so supportive and kept me informed, constantly, along this difficult and emotional road.
I would like to thank them all again on behalf of my family and do not hesitate to recommend their services for anyone facing this journey.

An incredible team. From the moment Rai came to our home, to when they dropped us at the wake, they took such good care of us. Nothing was too much trouble even with late changes because I’d made a mistake. Just listening to what we were saying amongst ourselves in the cars and sorting it. Dad had a piper and I said the only piper tune I would recognise was “flower of Scotland’. Ryan heard this and spoke to the piper who then played it when we came out of the church. Stunning customer service with a mix of appropriate humour and respect. Knocking on the door of the room where dad was resting before entering for example. An amazing family and an amazing funeral service. Thank you from all of us.

It is so important that your loved ones are treated with the same care and dignity as if they are still here and this is exactly what Deighans gave us. I know my Dad was being well looked after. They showed the upmost respect. They organised a wonderful funeral and such a beautiful service.
Thank you for all you did. It will always be appreciated.

I can not thank Deighan's Funeral Parlour enough for how much and how well they looked after my wonderful Aunt and us at the most painful and desperate time imaginable. I was so shocked and upset when I had my very first call with Shirley and she literally held my hand and continued to do so the whole way through. She informed me of things I needed to know, answered questions I felt I needed answering and listened to me with compassion and understanding.
She did everything she could to remove the mounting tasks which at such time, you just can't face. I will always be grateful to her.
When I met Rai, he basically took my other hand. The care, understanding, kindness and respect he and Shirley showed for my Aunt and to our family was incredible. Rai took time to understand as much as possible about my Aunt and did it in such a supportive and patient way.
I honestly do not know what I would have done without Shirley, Rai and the wonderful team who helped us all.
The service was beautiful and Rai spoke of my Aunt like she was his own.
I can not recommend Deighan's more highly, they quite literally hold you up and take your loved one into their very generous care. Thank you to them all.
