Been a funeral director for 30 years but couldn't bury my Mum. Absolutely amazing attention to detail, nothing too much trouble. Mum look amazing in chapel. While it’s still fresh, may I tell you what a fantastic service I and the family had from Dieghans Funeral Parlour, Mason St. Horwich. They not only looked after my Jackie but the family as well. What a Caring, Sensitive and Compassionate Service they offer.
They originally sold Jackie and me a Funeral Package which has covered all the costs originally included but more so, it took all the hassle out of such an horrendous ordeal.
From Shirley and Ken, to Ian Davies, who has been fantastic, and all the staff leading us through that horrendous ordeal. Five* Star +. Thank you 🙏

I can't thank Ian and Shirley and all the team enough for everything they did for me and my family when my mam passed, they make you feel part of their family and will go above and beyond. I visited my mam in the chapel or rest everyday whilst she was there and Ian and Shirley always welcomed me with open arms, Ian preformed the service which was outstanding and a credit to him. On behalf of Julia Bloor's family we would like to thank you all from the bottom of our hearts for all that you did at a very sad time, you made it so much easier. We can't thank the team at Deighan's enough for the excellent, sensitive and compassionate service they provided in making the arrangements for Tony's funeral. Ian, Shirley, Ken, Katie, Anthony and all of the team really did 'walk the extra mile for us', which was a great comfort to us all at a very difficult time. Ian's daily phonecalls, in particular, were so supportive and reassuring. Every element of their work was conducted with the utmost courtesy and professionalism. Deighan's provided faultless service and we highly recommend them to anyone.

The moment we walked in and met Shirley we knew this is who we wanted to take care of mum. Shirley, Katie and Ian were ultimate professionals, caring, always available, compassionate and made this sad time a little easier. Excellent service from start to finish. Helpful, friendly & extremely polite. Our requirements were met completely
& nothing was too much trouble. We were notified at every step, basically 24hr communication between ourselves. Deighans provided a service for Mum's passing & we had no hesitation of asking them to provide their services when Dad sadly passed. Would highly recommend.

Deighans Funeral Parlour are in short a credit to themselves. They treat you with such compassion, dignity and total respect. When I first approached Ian Davies at Deighans my Mother was very poorly, but still alive. We discussed my thoughts and put a plan in place for when she would eventually pass away. God bless her. Ian was a true professional from start to finish. He personally collected my Dear Mum from Bolton Hospice and then took her in peace to Deighans. Both Katie and Shirley would light candles daily and make the family feel so comfortable with the whole difficult process.
I would highly recommend Deighans. They are trustworthy, genuine, loving and very considerate. God bless my wonderful Mum and thank you to all the team at Deighans X

I would not hesitate in recommending Deighan’s as what was the most devastating time in our lives Ian and Shirley were absolutely marvellous. They made the process so easy advising us on many things we would never have thought of. Ian carried out our mums service and he made it so special as if he’d known mum all her life. Fantastic team

Excellent compassionate company that dealt with all the arrangements with no issues at all. So comforting to know my mum was looked after so well whilst in their care. Would recommend to anyone and not just in Horwich- my arrangements were for Worsley.

All staff from deighans especially ian was absolutely brilliant from day 1. Ian came to my mothers house where he explained the process on what goes on to look after my dad and they looked after him very well! Not pushy for payment. Many phone calls to see if everything’s ok and to reassure us on there side everything was in order. Funeral went without a hitch and if there was we didn’t see any!
