I realise that there is a great team at Bolton working together to provide a seamless service.
The extra personal touches that they added made sure Aunty Eileen had the send off she wanted and we have received many compliments from her nearest and dearest.

Anthony's 'cremation without ceremony' was just what he wanted.
We gathered at home at time given and shared memories and drank champagne.

Can not recommend the co op funeral directors on crompton way enough 
It was a very emotional stressful time for the family but Stacy & bev were so supportive and caring 
We were told that they would take care of everything and they absolutely did keeping us informed and comforting and advising us every step of the way 
Mums funeral was very special and we couldn’t of done it without their support 
On the day Andy guided and supported the family on again a emotional and poignant day

All arrangements were dealt with in a dignified manner and cost details clearly explained at initial meeting. On the day of the funeral although emotional the attending staff were very understanding and supportive.

I highly recommend Bolton Co-op Funeralcare. We used a Celebrant to conduct the service. The Celebrant got everything right and we were able to truly celebrate mum's life. At a difficult time all the staff were wonderful.

The whole team was sympathetic and empathetic and did a good job. The only slight drawbacks (and hence not an excellent rating) was that an umbrella disappeared and the frame of a photograph was damaged and no repair offered.

We have received all the help you could wish for.
When you as a relative live in Denmark, and your brother lives in the UK, it is important that you can leave it all to the undertaker, and we felt that was what we could do.

As a family, we have engaged Bolton Funeralcare to take care of family funerals over the past three decades. Their level of service has always been of the highest order. 
Our mum sadly passed away in April, and Bolton Funeralcare took care of the arrangements. Their staff are knowledgeable, experienced, and strike the perfect balance between professionalism and compassion.
Throughout making the arrangements, they were very accommodating and nothing was too much trouble.
To summarise they made everything easy and on the day ensured the service ran smooth and to time.
I have no hesitation in recommending Bolton Funeralcare to any family when a love one is lost.
