In what has obviously been a very difficult time, Ian has really helped to take the pressure off when it came to making the funeral arrangements. A very professional service, with a real personal touch. Always there to answer any questions, Ian made sure that the day went as planned and without any issues. I can’t thank thank him enough.

I guess you would say unfortunately I have had to ask for Ian George's services twice now in the last three years. Once in 2016 to hold a service for my late Grandmother...I had never had to arrange a funeral before and he was fantastic with me and in fact, came to my house and met the entire family and helped us as a group arrange a wonderful send off for my Nan. Then this year, actually this month I had to call upon him again as my mother suddenly died, it was so unexpected that I really didn't know what way to turn, Ian George thankfully took myself and my younger brothers under his wing and guided us through it, even reminiscing while giving the service of his own personal meeting with my mum back when arranging my Grandmothers service. It was a lovely personal touch and as simple as it was on such an awful day it makes me smile when thinking on it. To begin with, it was the price that made me contact Ian George, literally thousands under what I had been quoted, but it was him, Ian George, that made me contact him again at such a devasting time!

I was pleasantly surprised by how much time Ian and Denesha gave to me, Ian visiting my house twice followed by numerous phone calls and  e-mails to get precisely every small detail as we wanted it. They were also very constructive with their ideas to help us along the way.

Ian was very professional, supportive and understanding throughout. He fully explained everything we needed to help us to make decisions and enable us to personalise the funeral. Everything was completed with a minimum amount of fuss and there was never any rush. He recommended a celebrant, Marie Pembridge, she was also excellent and very caring. There were many positive comments about the service. We wouldn't hesitate in recommending Ian, Denesha and their team.

This is the second time we've used Ian in just a few months, but this time to look after my Mum. Even though it was out of Ian's area, we trusted Ian to arrange things for a funeral 70 miles away, which he did with the same professionalism and compassion as he did for us before with a local funeral. He facilitated our needs and Mum's wishes with sound advice and unobtrusive support and made sure that everything was perfect.

Ian George and his wife Denesha listened to my thoughts and requests on how I would like my late Mother's funeral service to be carried out, showing kindness and understanding. Offering professional advice in a relaxed manner, no rush, when deciding on the finer details like the Order of Service, which my family and I truly appreciated, (I had requested a number of photographs & poems) which was a lovely tribute to my Mum.

I requested Ian himself to take the Service, he read the tribute for my Mother with much warmth, thoughtfulness and above all with a smile, which was perfect for my loving Mum who had had, a sense of humour.

I am very pleased to have chosen a family run funeral service, who carried out their very important role in looking after their clients, so admirably, thank you.
