Nothing was too much trouble and they did above and beyond to make sure my Dad’s funeral went smoothly and peacefully Especially in difficult Times with Covid 19 transition regulations.

Your service is second to none and we appreciate all the help and guidance afforded us in our chats using zoom and where we also linked up with the Minister from Cheltenham Congregational Church. Nothing is too much trouble for you.
Every detail was carried out with empathy, precision and dignity and you were so supportive in this very difficult time.
It was a lovely and emotional touch that we were able to return to dear Jean's care home on the way to the crematorium and clap the staff who had been caring for her these past two and a half years.
You have the ability to take the stress out of a stressful situation.

Ian was recommended to me by a friend who had used his services when her husband passed away. I must say that he performed a perfect funeral service for my brother Fabian. Ian was so very helpful with all his advice and everything he arranged. He took on all the responsibility and was extremely sympathetic and understanding.

Under these strange times, it must be very difficult for Funeral Directors to give bereaved families the sort of funeral they would want for their loved ones, but Ian George went out of his way to ease the difficulties, arrange for my wishes to be taken into consideration and provide a beautiful, dignified funeral, of which my Mother would have been proud. I cannot recommend him and his team highly enough!

The support and guidance provided by Ian from my very first phone call was excellent.  I didn't know where to start and Ian guided me through each step including registering my dad's death. 
We discussed the type of service we would like and at dads request we didn't want a religious service. Ian arranged for Marie Pembridge (Independent Funeral Celebrant) to contact us and would officiate the service. Marie was amazing. The service was perfect in every way and that was down to how Marie capture are thoughts and feelings and wrote and delivered it perfectly. At such a difficult time due to Covid-19 the funeral for dad was everything we could have asked for. We send our sincere thanks to you all.

Nothing was to much trouble for Ian,he led us all the way and advised us with patience and understanding.
The end result was a funeral service that went so smoothly and dignified,some of our on ited guests told us later that it was the best funeral service they had seen at the Crematorium.
