Ian provided an excellent service throughout the process. Help and advice was always forthcoming and he was always available to talk things through, building a close rapport with the family. He was considerate and sympathetic at all times.
The funeral service itself was beautiful and seamlessly organised by Ian and his team.
I could not have asked for more on such a sad occasion.

Ian George was very respectful and kind during a difficult time for the family. The service was considerate as he took his time to ensure we understood every part of the process and make sure we had everything ready.

The service he provided was excellent really took what we had talked about into consideration and provided a great non-religious service that allowed time for us to reflect and celebrate our love ones life.

Ian and Danesha could not have been more thoughtful, helpful and kind in arranging my husband's funeral. They took the time to really understand our wishes and by doing this, created a bespoke, individual service for a young man. Nothing was left to chance, both went above and beyond in organising the detail and as a family we felt that they had everything completely under control.
Their expertise coupled with their warmth and consideration really did make a difference in very sad circumstances.

We were very impressed by Ian George (Funerals), who we went to recently when my mother died. Ian and his wife Denesha, and their team member Dave, were incredibly helpful, kind & compassionate throughout, and the service received was impeccable. They were always available to talk to us promptly, and were very knowledgeable on all aspects related to funerals, holding our hands throughout the process. Losing a loved one is always painful, but we felt strongly supported by Ian and his team throughout and were very happy with the final result. We highly recommend them. Ian and Denesha have been wonderful, guiding us calmly and considerately through a very difficult time for the family. We felt listened to throughout, given time to think things through, and were given some lovely suggestions and guidance that enabled us to put together a funeral that felt fitting, personal and respectful to the family member we were there to remember. Nothing felt hurried or pressured and costs were clear and reasonable from the start. We particularly appreciated the expertise and advice regarding sustainable materials for the coffin, something we did not encounter elsewhere in our early enquiries. Highly recommended.

Nothing was too much trouble and all of the arrangements went off as planned, meaning we gave Olive the send off we'd hoped for, given the difficulty brought about by COVID-19.
